Twilight Fire Topaz - the color of a desert sunset? Or maybe Autumn in North Carolina? Heck, I just can't seem to get it right -- these pictures can't even capture the amazing color! Any suggestions?
Titanium is a naturally iridescent metal that is applied to the back of the stone. The dominant colors are browns and orange, with occasional flashes of yellow and red and even some blue and pink.
A pretty danged large 22 carats, this is a seriously nice stone, clean and clear, with tons of bright, sparkly fire. Gives me goosebumps just to look at it, but then, I like Fire Topaz.
Oh yeah -- it's pretty, too, especially with that flowing filigree running down the sides of the ring.
