I hand pick every Smoky Quartz I set, and I'm very picky.  I don't like them really dark, 'cause light can't get in there and bounce back at you.  I CAN set very light ones if that's what you prefer, but if left up to me, the stones are medium, and selected for good cut.  This is a pendant that is sure to grab everyone's attention.

This stone is set into a sturdy 4 prong basket in tarnish resistant, .925 Sterling Silver.  We cast our own mountings and will never use flimsy "snap tight" stuff...  It allows the most show of stone for the least expense in silver. It's a good stable setting that doesn't set you back a month just to get one.
