A Blazing Orange Created Padparadsha Sapphire with Plenty of Fire. (Created Padparadsha Sapphire simulates an bright orange sapphire originally mined in Padparadsha, India. It's virtually impossible to find the natural stone any more, and if you ever found one that looks like this one, it'd be worth about $20,000.00.)
The stone measures 12x10 mm, and weighs 6 carats. The mounting is a very dainty contemporary basket, with finger designs holding the stone in place. It's a good, well designed mounting. At 2.3 grams of gold, it's one of our lighterweight models, whcih makes it a lot easier on the budget.
