This well built ring holds a very pretty Crimson Topaz.
This stone is so hot! It's not ruby red, and it's not garnet red, it's --- well, it's Crimson Red. At a glance, it could pass as either, but it's not.
This is a natural Topaz that has been treated in much the same way as all of the other Mystic Topaz's. I've been selling Mystic Topaz for 8 years now, and have sold well over 30,000 of them, and have only had three ever come back with color fading, and those were all due to harsh chemicals (don't soak your ring in Oxy-10, duh..).
The stone weighs about 4.5 - 5 carats, and measures 11x9mm. It's large enough to throw lots of color, but not large enough to be uncomfortable or flashy.
