Natural Citrine, which is a totally gorgeous stone -- eye clean and  well cut, with lots of fire, is an amber colored stone representing the birthstone for the month of November.

Here we have it in a 6mm round set into a traditional basket mounting hanging from leverbacks in 14k gold.

Notice the thickness of the gold in the mounting.  These are substantial, without being weighty.  I like my stones well protected, and I assume you do too!
