Whatever it is, it's cool, and it looks good on a cold day or a hot day.  It complements just about anything you want to wear.  They are set into a wraptight or cinchmount setting, hanging from 14k Threaders!
Essentially a variation on the bezel setting, it allows the most show of stone for the least expense in gold. It's a good stable setting that doesn't set you back a month just to get one.
