Swiss Blue Topaz -- what you get when you expose an ordinary clear topaz to radiation at a nuclear facility.  It turns into a really butt ugly color, but when you heat it up a tad, the ugly goes away and you're left with the color of the sky straight up at high noon on a perfectly clear day.  Just the most awesome blue you ever saw, with just a hint of green to it.  I'm just totally in love with them.

These stones are set into a wraptight bezel.   It allows the most show of stone for the least expense in silver.  It's a good stable setting that doesn't set you back a month just to get one.
