We really love good London Blue Topaz... But that's not what this is -- this might even be better and it's called Neptune Garden Topaz. Created in response to some people's fears about the radiation used to create London Blue, this is a clear topaz that has been treated with Titanium on the back of the stone, and honestly, it throws far better color. Both Blue and Green flash around incessantly.
In plain English, this is simply a very pretty stone, and it's well mounted in this Sterling Silver pendant. Gives me goosebumps just to look at it.
This hefty Topaz is set into a simple Sterling Silver basket mounting. The stone weighs in the neighborhood of 22 carats, and measures 20 x 15 mm. Accented by 3 clear, sparkly CZ's. Very pretty.
Oh, something you need to know. This is a LARGE pendant. Over an inch and a quarter. I make a point of this, because, in spite of the cost and the fact that I've got it laying alongside a ruler, I still get ladies who order this and return it, because -- and I quote -- "Oh my, I didn't know it was THAT large".
