I have the darndest time trying to describe the color of this stone. Sunset in Arizona, Autumn in North Carolina? Sort of an iridescent Orange/Pink/Yellow/Whatever.... It catches light like crazy -- I mean, bright sunlight makes it go berserk, and even in a low-lit restaurant, it can't hide. It insists on being seen, and does SUCH a marvelous job of it. Cool stone, however you describe it.
Fantastic color, incredible cut, perfect clarity -- all combining to create a totally awesome stone.
And that's pretty hard to beat. Accented by a clear, sparkly CZ. Very pretty.
This stone is set into a sturdy 4 prong basket. We cast our own mountings and will never use flimsy "snap tight" stuff... It allows the most show of stone for the least expense in silver. It's a good stable setting that doesn't set you back a month just to get one.
