Swiss Blue Topaz -- what you get when you expose an ordinary clear topaz to radiation at a nuclear facility. It turns into a really butt ugly color, but when you heat it up a tad, the ugly goes away and you're left with the color of the sky, straight up at high noon. Just the most awesome blue you ever saw. I'm just totally in love with them.
This stone is set into a sturdy 4 prong basket pendant cast in solid .925 Sterling Silver. It has a single CZ accent at the bail. (If you want some thing other than the CZ at the bail, let us know...) We cast our own mountings and will never use flimsy "snap tight" stuff... It allows the most show of stone for the least expense in silver. It's a good stable setting that won't set you back a month just to get one.
