We really love good London Blue Topaz... But that's not what this is -- this might even be better and it's called Neptune Garden Topaz. Created in response to some people's fears about the radiation used to create London Blue, this is a clear topaz that has been treated with Titanium on the back of the stone, and honestly, it throws far better color. Both Blue and Green flash around incessantly.
In plain English, this is simply a very pretty stone, and it's well mounted in this Sterling Silver pendant. Gives me goosebumps just to look at it.
This stone is set into a sturdy 4 prong basket. We cast our own mountings and will never use flimsy "snap tight" stuff... It allows the most show of stone for the least expense in silver. It's a good stable setting that doesn't set you back a month just to get one.
