A comfortable 8x6mm , these are pretty stones. All sorts of red and green flash on a brown background. If these were mined stones, they'd cost $100/ct, but they're not and so you and I can both afford it. This looks just like your best Lightning Ridge Opal, but it's not.
Oh, and it's a LOT more durable too. Nothing gives you a bad day worse than your $100/ct natural red opal getting cracked up the middle just 'cause you wore it on a cold day. That won't happen with this material. Very durable, and if there's a problem, very inexpensive.
These stones are set into a wraptight bezel. It allows the most show of stone for the least expense in silver. It's a good stable setting that doesn't set you back a month just to get a pair.
