I'm neither so rich nor snooty that I have to have REAL stones all the time. Our Created Blue Sapphire is molecularly the same as the stuff that comes from the ground, but tons cleaner and with a lot better color. Oh, and it's affordable. If you happen to want a matching pair that's real, and of similar quality, I can get 'em for you, but it'll run at least $3-4,000 extra. 'Nuff said.
It's just better... (and lucky for us, it's a whole lot less expensive!)
These stones are set into a 4 prong basket mounting, hanging from leverbacks. You can see from our pictures our pictures that our mountings are good and strong. We cast our own metal, and refuse to use wimpy "snap-tight" mountings. Really, it's just not that much more metal, and yet the mounting is tons stronger...
