The stone measures 12x10 mm, and weighs 6 carats.  The mounting is a very pretty filigree basket, with filigreed upper shanks as well.  It's a good, solid mounting; 3.2 grams, and very sturdy.

It's a natural Silver Topaz, mined in Brazil, but they've treated the back of the stone in much the same manner (and by the same people) as the Mystic Fire Topaz I've sold on eBay for 7 years now.
