Before, during and after your order is processed, we get tons of emails and phone calls. All of these are answered by Lori, who's our Office Manager, Customer Rep, and first line of contact you'll make with SylvaRocks. We'd be lost without her.
All in all, about 10 people are involved in making your jewelry, from the initial order to the final trip to the Post Office.
